Strategic Expansion to the Middle East
Through a joint venture, we acquired Air Services International (ASI), originally established in the United States, to bring its world-class helicopter services and engine overhaul expertise to the Middle East. Recognizing the growing demand for advanced aviation solutions, we established ASI Dubai, a state-of-the-art facility strategically located at Dubai World Central (DWC), adjacent to Al Maktoum International Airport, with direct access to Jebel Ali Port, the largest container port between Singapore and Rotterdam.
This expansion not only introduced cutting-edge helicopter engine technology to the region but also reinforced our commitment to providing comprehensive aviation solutions, ensuring superior maintenance, repair, and overhaul (MRO) services for helicopter engines across the Middle East.
